You & Your Babe - The first 1000 days

The first 1,000 days of life - the time spanning roughly between conception and one’s second birthday - is a unique period of opportunity when the foundations of optimum health, growth, and neurodevelopment across the lifespan are established.

Our goal at Recess is to provide space to support that incredibly active time in your baby's and toddler's early learning, while also supporting your core needs.

Expecting Couples

Before baby arrives, we recommend both parents complete this 3 class series specially designed to guide you on your personal journey into parenthood: Childbirth Preparation Workshops, Newborn Care, and Infant CPR.  Build your community early.  The support will carry you through the ups and downs of parenting.

  • Childbirth Prep Class 7/22, 8/12
  • Newborn Care 7/12, 8/11
  • CPR - 7/24, Infant, Child & Adult CPR & Chokesaving

Playspace activities - daily fun included in membership or a day pass.  No need to sign up!
